This home was not well cared for and the existing deck was only 3 feet wide and just went steps down to the yard.

We removed the old structure and built a beautiful 10 x 20 foot deck, added the roof to the existing roof line and new stairs into the back.

We also added a gas line for their gas BBQ. And now with the roof on, the owners can enjoy their deck anytime they like.
